Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and support the sales process
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Support stock management and inventory control
• Handle sales transactions and basic sales administration
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including via chat when needed
• Placement available in Jakarta or Surabaya

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Neat, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends
• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in any field
• Male or Female

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or store operations is a plus
• Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Basic knowledge of sales administration
• Comfortable using WhatsApp or chat platforms for customer communication
