

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor product stock (bags & accessories) in both the warehouse and store.
- Record inbound & outbound goods accurately in the system.
- Conduct routine stock opname (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure best-selling products are not out of stock in stores.
- Coordinate with store, sales, and purchasing teams regarding product needs and distribution.
- Monitor product quality and condition (not damaged, dirty, or defective).
- Handle product returns (from stores or customers) and ensure proper documentation.
- Replenish stock from warehouse to stores according to sales needs.
- Identify stock discrepancies, conduct investigations, and report findings to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage standards according to SOP from Roum.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (D3/S1 preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail fashion is preferred.
- Understand retail product distribution flow (warehouse to store).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and/or inventory systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
- Have a sense of urgency and able to work quickly & accurately.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with various teams (store & HO).
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work under targets and pressure.
- Interest in the fashion industry is an added value.
- Willing to be mobile (if required to handle more than 1 store).
Added Value (Preferred):
- Experience in local fashion brands/retail (especially bags or accessories).
- Experience using POS / ERP retail systems.
- Understanding of basic visual merchandising (for in-store stock arrangement).
